The Vaartkom development is part of one of the largest projects in Flanders and one of the first segments to be completed at the site is Ghelamco’s Waterside residential complex.
The complex itself has a total building area of 25,677 m2 with two underground levels complete with extensive basement parking, a ground floor level with retail space, and 9 above-ground floors containing 113 apartments and studios.
All of the apartments and studios have been built with specific attention paid to the acoustics, maximum daylight flooding in through the floor-to-ceiling windows and the selection of exceptional materials and equipment.
