The bustling Zurenborg district is close by, but space will also be created within the actual complex for relaxing, eating, drinking and enjoying life. At the same time, the Office App brings everything that the surroundings have to offer a step closer - from ordering a takeaway or the dish of the day, booking a car wash to reserving one of the free bikes that you can use for getting around the city - everything is possible. Of course, the Office-App also offers the possibiliy to reserve facilities such as meeting rooms, parking spaces for customers, etc.
The whole complex is designed for ‘meetings’ - both inside the walls of the building and outside. Nestled between the two office buildings, an indoor garden will be created where people can meet and talk, work together or relax. Grassed areas, water features and groups of trees will fill the space and create a real campus experience.
The Link will do more than just create a link between everyone who works there. Whenever a new working environment is developed, mobility and ease of movement play an important role. And this is another area, in which The Link achieves the highest distinction. Berchem station and Deurne airport are both close by. And, for anyone coming to the complex by car, The Link is located close to an intersection of several motorways (the E17, E19 and E313) and has an underground car park with space for over 500 cars. In fact, with 1 parking space for every 45 square meters of office space, The Link has the best parking ratio in the region.
With its easy access to public transport, free LINK bicycles, secure covered bike storage, showers and lockers for anyone who cycles to work, it provides various alternative mobility solutions for employees.
