The Bridge secures financing

We have taken our cooperation with Santander Bank Polska to a higher level! Our anchor tenant on The Bridge has granted us a construction and investment loan for the office complex.

The financing will allow us to complete the investment on time, but also to maintain the highest level of finish and assumed solutions. This project will be the most sustainable and technologically advanced in the history of our company. We believe that, like once Warsaw Spire, The Bridge will also become a benchmark for the Polish office market for years, and will set the bar high.

We are very pleased that this point of view is also shared by our Partners from #Santander, and this is confirmed by extremely important agreements for both companies: lease and financing, which we have recently signed. Thanks to this, we can commit to delivering a project that sets the absolute highest office standards on the market.
