The Warsaw HUB Hotels
The Warsaw HUB is being built in the fastest developing area of Warsaw at Rondo Daszynskiego in Wola district and includes 3 high-rise buildings. Two buildings with offices and a third will host 2 prestigious hotels: the Holiday Inn Express and the first Crowne Plaza hotel in Poland. In total they will occupy 21.000m² with 212 rooms & suites in Crowne Plaza and 218 rooms & suites in Holiday Inn Express. An agreement was signed with IHG for managing both brands.
The hotels will offer several general amenities: a café with leisure and working space, a sky bar with impressive panoramic views, high quality hotel restaurants, a fitness club and over 1.400m² of conference space. This combined with the excellent location will serve the growth of business and leisure visits to Warsaw city.
The impressive interiors will reflect the post-industrial heritage of Wola district as well as the modern and dynamic big-city character. The use of marble and timber adds warmth and a sense of great luxury to all of the spaces.
