Ghelamco completes transfer of Nova One to Ethias

Ghelamco has completed the sale of KION Automated Solutions EMEA NV new headquarters at the Antwerp West site on Linkeroever. Ethias is the new owner. “KION is bundling in this new building their teams for Mobile Automation and it’s the new home of Dematic Benelux.”
The sale is based on an underlying real estate value of 41 million euros, which corresponds to a yield of 4.80%.

The project, known as Nova One, includes 6,400 m² of office space, 5,400 m² of warehouses, and 200 underground parking spaces. The development was carried out through the company Viminalis III, in which Groep Bouwen holds a 15% stake. A 15-year lease agreement has been signed with KION Automated Solutions EMEA NV. CBRE acted as the broker for the sale and EPMC for the rental.
