Warta, one of leading insurance companies on the Polish market, has become a strategic tenant of Warsaw UNIT.
The company will occupy almost 20,000 m² of office space. This is one of the biggest lease agreements signed in recent years on the office market in Warsaw.
A new business centre is rising on Rondo Daszyńskiego, today’s biggest construction site in Poland. Besides the Warsaw Spire and the Warsaw Hub you will soon discover the Warsaw UNIT. A 180-metre skyscraper will be part of Warsaw’s skyline by the beginning of 2021. It will provide tenants with 57.000 m² of efficient and modern office space on 45 floors. On the ground floor you will find commercial spaces and food amenities.
