The Bridge skyscraper has reached an impressive 40 office floors and 160 meters in height
At the moment, construction of the technical floors is underway, with which the skyscraper will measure 174 meters.
The Ghelamco tower is currently the highest construction site in Poland. It will offer future tenants a total of 47,000 sqm of modern office space. It will be one of the most modern and environmentally friendly office buildings in Central and Eastern Europe.
“The Bridge will be one of the most spectacular facilities in our portfolio. It combines all the most important aspects of ESG, such as low emissions, energy efficiency and the use of modern technologies for health and work comfort. I hope that with its distinctive architecture the skyscraper will be a valuable addition to Warsaw’s skyline and will be as warmly received by its residents as our previous projects,” says Jarosław Zagórski, Managing Director, Ghelamco Poland.
In parallel with the growing structure, the installation of the skyscraper’s facade is underway. The building will look different from each side thanks to the numerous breaks in its body.
