In spring 2021 Ghelamco is welcoming the PwC headquarters (23.000 m²) and the fourth MeetDistrict-HUB in Belgium (7.000 m²). The BREEAM excellent building contains 12.000m² of glass surface, 2.187m² terraces and 1.737m² green roof.
It has a high accessibility due to the public transportation hub with tram, bus, train and cycle highway.
The ‘BEN’ building will be 44m high and will have 4 floors underground and 11 floors above ground.
