Congratulations to our partner, Eastnine, on signing the PSPA for the acquisition of our latest project. We are grateful for your trust and truly appreciate our strong partnership and excellent cooperation.

This marks our second transaction together, following Warsaw UNIT. Valued at EUR 300 million, the deal is one of the largest transactions on the Polish real estate market in recent years. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
