VIBE with double Platinum rating for smart buildings

Ghelamco has once again confirmed the superior technological sophistication of its buildings. The VIBE office building in Warsaw’s Wola district, whose construction is nearing completion, has earned the highest Platinum rating in WiredScore and SmartScore certification systems.

VIBE is being built in accordance with Ghelamco’s ESG strategy. It will use a state-of-the-art Building Energy Management System (BEMS) that will significantly reduce energy consumption. The building’s sustainability will be confirmed by certifications in the BREEAM, WELL, DGNB and Green Building Standard systems. Recently, VIBE received WELL pre-certification, which confirms that the implemented design solutions will allow the completed building to meet all the established requirements and ultimately enable it to receive the final Platinum level certification. Ultimately, the office building will be powered by 100% clean energy.

Like other Ghelamco projects, VIBE will be equipped with the proprietary Signal OS system, which monitors the building’s condition and thus provides an optimal working environment. Installing anti-pandemic solutions, such as virucidal UV lamps in lifts and ventilation systems, will help ensure the health and comfort of users.
