The Bridge is emerging as a new landmark of Warsaw’s Central Business District
The building will provide in total 47,000 sqm of state-of-the-art office space on 40 floors. It is the highest facility of its kind currently under construction in Poland.
“The Bridge, literally and figuratively, will form a bridge between Wola’s industrial past and its new metropolitan character, which is expressed in the architecture of the glass skyscrapers. It is a unique project for many reasons, but one of them is that it will suit both companies looking for a modern, dynamic working environment for themselves as well as lovers of old walls and an intimate scale. In this single project, we are bringing together two different worlds which, thanks to the synergy, will create a unique place on the office map of Warsaw,” says Jarosław Zagórski, Managing Director, Ghelamco Poland.
