Ghelamco sells hotel Pomme De Pin in Courchevel

Ghelamco has sold the prestigious historic Hotel La Pomme De Pin in Courchevel 1850 to a major player in the hotel market. The deal is worth 62 million euros.

With the sale of Hotel La Pomme De Pin, Ghelamco once again demonstrates its strength as a property developer. Ghelamco bought the well-known hotel in the popular ski resort of Courchevel 1850 about eight years ago, after which it operated the hotel for some time. In June 2021, it obtained a building permit to construct a completely new luxurious hotel on the same site.

The new Pomme De Pin hotel to be built will consist of ten floors. It will include, among other things, a restaurant, wellness area, bar, and partially covered terrace. The project comprises 15 suites, totaling an area of 6,868 square meters.
