Trinity Park III is the final stage of Ghelamco’s Trinity investment in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. As with Trinity Park I and II, this project continues the idea of business parks and adds new ecological credentials as it was Poland's first office building to receive BREEAM certification with a “very good” rating.
The complex has a U-shaped design and contains three separate foyers. With a total rental space of approx 30,000 m2 and 869 parking spaces, 4,500 m2 of office space is available on each floor. The main tenants of the building are Unilever, Kraft Foods, Teva Pharmaceuticals, MTV Networks, Arval, Amadeus, CTL Logistics, Hypermedia and Aegis.
As with all Ghelamco projects in Mokotów, Trinity Park III is distinguished by the great transport infrastructure and nearby amenities such as fine dining, fitness, banks and – most important – the Galeria Mokotów shopping centre.
Trinity Park III was sold to SEB in March 2010.
