To achieve the maximum level of ergonomics and tenant satisfaction, the Business Centre Bitwy Warszawskiej project comprises three interconnected buildings, each with a separate entrance, reception hall and lifts. This ensures convenience and flexibility of interior design for both small tenants and users of large floor areas. The complex, extending over 20,000 m2, is composed of seven above-ground levels and two underground levels designed as a parking garage. The main tenant is the Heineken subsidiary Grupa Zywiec. Business Centre Bitwy Warszawskiej is located in the south-western part of Warsaw, close to the city centre and Fryderyk Chopin Airport. The project was delivered in 2002 and sold to the Europolis Invest fund.
