The Bridge will become the new headquarters of Santander Bank Poland!

This is the largest transaction in the Polish office market since 2022.

One of the largest financial groups and at the same time the largest bank with private capital in Poland, has signed a lease for an area of approximately 24.500sqm. Santander will occupy the top 19 office floors and have exclusive use of the sky terrace on the 40th floor of The Bridge.

Central to the choice of office for our new tenant were the #ESG aspects, which are reflected at every stage of the project - from the construction process and the materials used, to the solutions at the operational level of the building once it is in operation.
