Right by the waterfront in Gdynia, the first steps of Nova Marina are now underway. In partnership with the Polish Yachting Association, we’ve started preparatory works for what will soon become a new hub for Polish sailing – a joint investment by Ghelamco and the Polish Yachting Association.

Demolition works have begun at the Southern Pier, where pavilions from the early 1970s are making way for a modern, multifunctional facility spanning approx. 20,000 sqm. In parallel, we are finalizing the selection of the general contractor and the process of securing project financing. Our goal is to complete the development ahead of the 2027 World Sailing Championships.

Nova Marina is being developed in close cooperation with sailing clubs and local partners. This is a project that not only strengthens the city’s sports infrastructure but also highlights the social and cultural importance of this unique location in the heart of Gdynia.
