PERSBERICHT – Ghelamco Invest zal haar geconsolideerde jaarrekening (volgens internationale boekhoudnormen IFRS) tijdig publiceren tegen 30 april 2025
Zoals vermeld op haar website, heeft Ghelamco Invest NV (“Ghelamco”) bij wijze van update van haar financiële kalender aangekondigd dat de geconsolideerde jaarrekeningen (IFRS) van Ghelamco Invest NV (emittent van de uitstaande obligatielening) en Ghelamco Group NV (garant van de uitstaande obligatielening) zullen worden gepubliceerd tegen 30 april 2025. Deze publicatiedatum volgt daarmee het ritme van de obligatievoorwaarden (in de nog uitstaande bond is dat drie maanden na balansdatum voor de halfjaarcijfers en vier maanden na balansdatum voor de jaarcijfers). Deze publicatiedatum ligt dus perfect binnen het toepasselijk wettelijk en contractueel kader.
Ghelamco heeft nu kennis genomen van bepaalde pers met insinuaties, alsook met aantijgingen alsof Ghelamco haar voorgestelde publicatiedatum buiten de wettelijke of contractuele termijnen zou vallen.
Ghelamco benadrukt dat deze insinuaties volledig voor rekening van de betrokken pers zijn, en dat Ghelamco in volledige overeenstemming met de wettelijke en contractuele voorwaarden van toepassing op haar obligaties haar geconsolideerde jaarrekening (IFRS)tijdig (d.w.z. uiterlijk op 30 april 2025) zal publiceren.
Ghelamco betreurt het dat een correcte naleving van de wettelijke en contractuele spelregels in een bepaalde pers wordt gekoppeld aan dergelijke insinuaties. In overeenstemming met de toepasselijke regels zal Ghelamco globaal en gedetailleerd communiceren n.a.v. de publicatie van haar geconsolideerde jaarrekening (IFRS).

As stated on its website, Ghelamco Invest NV (“Ghelamco”) has updated its financial calendar, announcing that the consolidated financial statements (IFRS) of Ghelamco Invest NV (issuer of the outstanding bond loan) and Ghelamco Group NV (guarantor of the outstanding bond loan) will be published by April 30, 2025. This publication date aligns with the bond terms (for the outstanding bond, this means three months after the balance sheet date for half-year results and four months after the balance sheet date for annual results). The publication date is therefore fully in line with the applicable legal and contractual framework.
Ghelamco has taken note of certain media reports containing insinuations and allegations suggesting that Ghelamco’s proposed publication date would fall outside the legal or contractual deadlines.
Ghelamco emphasizes that these insinuations are entirely the responsibility of the media in question and that Ghelamco will publish its consolidated financial statements (IFRS) on time (i.e., no later than April 30, 2025) in full compliance with the legal and contractual conditions applicable to its bonds.
Ghelamco regrets that compliance with legal and contractual rules is being linked to such insinuations in certain media.
In accordance with applicable regulations, Ghelamco will provide a comprehensive and detailed communication upon the publication of its consolidated financial statements (IFRS).

COMMUNIQUE DE PRESSE – Ghelamco Invest publiera ses comptes annuels consolidés (selon les normes comptables internationales IFRS) d’ici le 30 avril 2025
Comme indiqué sur son site web, Ghelamco Invest SA (« Ghelamco ») a annoncé, par le biais d'une mise à jour de son calendrier financier, que les comptes annuels consolidés (IFRS) de Ghelamco Invest SA (émetteur de l’obligation en circulation) et de Ghelamco Group SA (garant de l’obligation en circulation) seront publiés d’ici le 30 avril 2025. Cette date de publication suit le rythme des conditions de l’emprunt obligataire (dans l’obligation en circulation, il s’agit de trois mois après la date du bilan pour les chiffres semestriels et de quatre mois après la date du bilan pour les chiffres annuels). Cette date de publication est donc parfaitement dans le cadre légal et contractuel applicable.
Ghelamco a maintenant pris connaissance d’une certaine presse avec des insinuations, ainsi que des allégations comme quoi la date de publication proposée par Ghelamco serait au-delà des délais légaux ou contractuels.
Ghelamco souligne que ces insinuations sont entièrement pour le compte de la presse concernée, et qu’en pleine conformité avec les conditions légales et contractuelles applicables à ses obligations, Ghelamco publiera ses comptes annuels consolidés (IFRS) à temps (c'est-à-dire au plus tard le 30 avril 2025).
Ghelamco regrette que le bon respect des règles du jeu légales et contractuelles soit lié à de telles insinuations dans une certaine presse.
Conformément aux règles applicables, Ghelamco communiquera globalement et en détail lors de la publication de ses comptes annuels consolidés (IFRS).
