We are proud to welcome the Institut Français to the The Bridge community of tenants!

This prestigious institution, with nearly 100 years of history, has chosen to move its Warsaw headquarters to the modern The Bridge complex. The historic walls of the former Dom Wydawniczy Bellona, currently undergoing extensive modernization, will now serve as a new home for French culture in Poland.The Institut Français has signed a lease with Ghelamco for 1,300 sqm of office space at The Bridge. The formal signing ceremony, with the Ambassador of France, took place in the presence of representatives from the French Embassy, Institut Français, Ghelamco, and CBRE at the French Ambassador's Residence on Piękna Street in Warsaw.

“As the French Institute of Poland prepares to celebrate its 100th anniversary, its relocation to a new, iconic, and modern building, more accessible and better suited, marks a new chapter in its history. This move, in September 2026, will provide the opportunity to offer a service even more focused on students, French teachers, and the multimedia library's readers, dedicated to promoting French language and culture in Poland”, says Etienne de Poncins, French ambassador in Poland.”
