Financial calendar

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions set forth in our prospectus “the Ghelamco Invest NV EUR 250,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme Guaranteed by Ghelamco Group Comm. VA” issued on 23 November 2020 and amended on 7 May 2021, Ghelamco Invest NV announces, by way of update of its financial calendar, that the annual consolidated financial statements of the Issuer and the Guarantor will be published by 30 April 2025.
